- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free from dirt, dust, or any fragrances, and in the same packaging and condition that you received it.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
- There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our support team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it will be too late to make any changes.
To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.
- Any order that gets cancelled is subject to a 10% administration fee, this fee includes the payment transaction fee and warehouse handling fee. If the manufacture is at fault for the cancelation of merchandise the fee will not be applied.
- If the order has left the warehouse, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping fees plus restocking fees.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to Ftown 4th, 1027 Changning Rd, Changning District, Shanghai, China, 200126 or 1711 S. 47th Avenue, Suite 200, Phoenix, Arizona, depends on which warehouse your package were delieverd.
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
- Please email to firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back, then we will let you know the return address, depend on which warehouse your package were delieverd.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. And you will be charged up to 20% restocking fee (this is withheld from refund).
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Attention: Do not refuse the delivery of your order, follow the return procedures as stated below
- If you refuse an item and it comes back to us, you will be issued a refund LESS a 15% restocking fee and our actual cost for shipping and handling. If the item is damaged during the shipping process, no refund will be issued until the shipping insurance claim process is complete. Once the shipping claim process is complete, you will be issued a refund in the amount we are reimbursed by the shipping company (minus the amount the shipping company charges us for the shipment to you and back to us).If the shipping company does not approve the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
- If you refuse an item and it doesn't send to our warehouse, no refund will be issued until the warehouse receive the item and checking it's in a good condition.
